Privacy.

cO. is a private operating service provided by NDAI. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to people who communicate with cO. or NDAI.
Information we collect
We collect information that people provide directly, such as names, business contact details, application responses, correspondence, and files or instructions deliberately shared with NDAI or cO.
For the cO. business messaging program, we may collect a recipient’s telephone number, message content, consent and opt-out records, and delivery metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested services; send transactional, customer-care, scheduling, and owner-authorized conversational messages; route communications to the appropriate owner or principal; maintain operating records; prevent misuse; and secure and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information, including phone numbers, consent records, and message content, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use service providers only where needed to operate cO. For text delivery, Twilio and participating telecommunications carriers process phone numbers, message content, and delivery metadata on our behalf. Providers may use information only to deliver, secure, and support the service or as required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the requested service, operating records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Text-message choices
Participation in cO. business messaging is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any cO. message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, email andrew@ndai.pro, or call +1 (701) 929-9194. We retain opt-out records so the request remains effective.
