Program description

cO. sends one-to-one transactional, customer-care, scheduling, task-status, and owner-authorized conversational messages. Messages relate to a recipient’s existing relationship or a specific matter the recipient asked NDAI, cO., or an NDAI client to handle. The program is not used for purchased lists or unsolicited marketing.

Consent

Recipients opt in during a direct business interaction by giving NDAI or an NDAI client their mobile number and affirmatively asking or agreeing to receive cO. text messages about the requested matter. Before messaging begins, the recipient is told that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and that STOP ends messages and HELP provides help.

Consent is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase, and applies only to the requested business relationship or matter. NDAI does not use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to the requested interaction. Your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply. NDAI does not charge a separate fee for receiving cO. text messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to end messages from the cO. program. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, email andrew@ndai.pro, or call +1 (701) 929-9194.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how NDAI handles phone numbers, consent records, message content, and delivery information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

NDAI may update these terms when the program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after a change is subject to any consent required by law.
